We'll look beyond the Willamette Valley at some of the most famous wine regions of the world and their signature red grapes. It's important to understand the "classics" to create a reference point for what a grape variety "should" taste like. We'll look at five regions and then do a blind-tasting exercise at the end to test what you've learned.
