A fun twist on our annual Hog Wild Rosé. Beautiful color and tiny bubbles with red-delicious apples, strawberries, rhubarb, and a subtle hint of whipped cream. ONLY 160 cases were produced!

How we make our Sparkling Hog Wild Rosé

100% Pinot Noir. Our Sparkling Hog Wild grapes were picked in the first week of September. Using the traditional method of producing sparkling wine, the 2020 Hog Wild spent time in the bottle with a little bit of yeast and a touch of sugar to create fine, persistent bubbles and great complexity. 

The 2020 Vintage

The 2020 growing season started with a small fruit set and mild summer weather. Soon we faced the challenges of farming during a pandemic and wildfires, but we, along with our growing partners managed to adapt to the difficulties of the vintage. We ran more laboratory tests than ever before, with dozens of samples sent to multiple laboratories, and are committed to releasing only wines free of smoke-affect that passed our rigorous tests. In 2020 you can expect wines with great concentration and freshness of the fruit.
